If you’re looking to relax, revive aching and tired muscle or simply enjoy the health-related benefits, head to the Health Suite.

Unwind after your workout and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation time. Our health suites are complete with a sauna, steam room and Monsoon Showers*.

Our health suites are the perfect way to complement other workouts and activities to revive aching muscles or simply to relax and unwind after a busy day.

  • Mixed and single-sex sessions are available (please check with each site for availability).
  • Available on a pay-as-you-go basis.
  • Included in monthly and annual memberships.

Sauna

Experience an intense dry heat to induce muscle relaxation, while deeply cleansing your body. Available at all Active Nottingham Leisure Centres.

Steam Room

Let the gentle warmth of steam, infused with natural essences, totally relax your mind and body. Available at all Active Nottingham Leisure Centres.

Himalayan Salt Room

Relax and breathe in the natural sea salt vapours to clear the mind and feel invigorated. Available at Clifton Leisure Centre.

Monsoon Showers

Experience the warm tropical rain with the sound of the sea or turn down the heat with a cold fog shower. Available at Clifton and Southglade Leisure Centre.

Spa Pool

Relax and unwind whilst your back, neck and shoulders are massaged by jets of air. Available at Harvey Hadden Sports Village.

Foot Spa

Take a seat on the warm tiles and give your feet a treat. Let the bubbles gently massage away the stress of the day. Available at Southglade Leisure Centres.
