The refurbishment at Djanogly Community Leisure Centre gym has now been completed!
This exciting news comes as part of our refurbishment project of all six Active Nottingham leisure centres*!
What can you expect from the new equipment? Thanks to everyone’s great feedback we have planned a setup around you! With everyone in mind from the ‘daily cardio lover’ to the ‘once-a-week heavyweight smasher’, there will be a great variety of equipment.
With the latest technology, everyone can accurately monitor and record fitness levels, and access TV, games, social media & the internet… all whilst working out. This state-of-the-art equipment is so new that it’ll make everyone else jealous. But don’t worry if you’re not tech savvy, the screens have a ‘quick start’ mode.

The revamp at Djanogly Community Leisure Centre includes premium equipment from Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, and ICG ®, which is suitable for all training interests and fitness levels. Additionally, the centre will join an exclusive group of UK gyms to feature Symbio™ Cardio, which will take fitness journeys to the next level.
The new kit also includes immersive digital experiences with cardio consoles, a functional zone and environmentally friendly Green Zones with self-powered equipment.
