If you prefer a dip in one of our 6 pools, our Swim for Health sessions include extra poolside support to help improve your water confidence.
Get more confident in the water. Swim for health sessions include a poolside helper to offer extra support for anyone who is returning to swimming, has a health condition or disability.
We have specialist equipment to suit all abilities and offer advice and guidance to help you get the most on your time in the gym!
Build up your exercise gradually with an entry level fitness class. If you want a gentle workout and to improve your mobility, these are for you!
