We have been informed by our system provider that some customers may experience intermittent issues with receiving emails that relate to:
Legend, our provider, are aware of the impact this will be having to customers who have Gmail/Yahoo and AOL accounts and working to resolve this issue as a main priority.
In the meantime, if you need to check if you have been added to a waitlisted class, please use the “my bookings” function via the app to check the status. It will no longer state “waitlisted” if you’re in the class.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and we will edit this update as soon have we have more information.
