What is it?

Aerobics is a dance-based class, designed to increase your fitness, transform your body, burn calories and improve your confidence and cardiovascular strength.

What do I need?

A bottle of water, a towel, and comfortable footwear and clothing.

Is it for me?

This class will help to improve your general strength and shape while helping you to tone up and lose weight, making it a great workout for all levels of fitness! There are elements of choreographed exercises with music to help you work out in style, and it's a great addition to a high or low intensity fitness regime.
